The Python User Group Singapore Society is a registered society in Singapore, run by a few local Python enthusiasts on a voluntary basis. You can find out more about our current committee team here: https://www.linkedin.com/company/python-user-group-singapore/
The main purpose of the society is to serve as an official entity that can write and receive invoices in order to make the organization of the annual local Python conference “PyCon SG” a bit easier. You can find an archive of our past conferences here: https://pycon.sg
In addition to running PyCon SG, we also organise a free monthly meetup. Our meetups are a great opportunity for companies to invite the local community into their office spaces, for speakers to share new Python-based open source tools with the community and of course for attendees to learn new skills, to enjoy some free food and to make meaningful new connections. You can RSVP to our meetups here: https://www.meetup.com/singapore-python-user-group/.
If you are a fellow Python enthusiast and you would like to support our cause, you can become a member of the Python User Group Singapore Society. Find out more here: https://pugs.org.sg/membership/.
